Re: hi new here

Hi There and welcome to the forums!

Can you please go to Media > Videos and see if you have a sample Vid in there.. Does this play?

Are you trying to watch youtube vids?

Have you got a Blackberry Data plan on your account.

Thankyou

Re: hi new here

Hi again, yes I went to my media and I played the blackberry presentation, I went to youtube and yes I could watched the videos, but in some sites when I select a video to play nothing happened it appears the same page like in youtube but without playing the video some sites say that I probably don't have the lates adobe player. That's when its confusing for me because how can I play youtube and not the rest

Re: hi new here

Thankyou Cathlabnurse! Its good to be bacl!! I feel at home again!

Now, foolonthehill, It appears your device is working fine. Your demo video is working which means should you move vids to the memory card, it will work.

Youtube is also working fine (which is also costly in my case), Some vids/websites are not supported for mobile/blackberry devices. Are you able to provide the URL of a vid you are trying to watch?

But it would seem everything is fine and your device is nice and healthy!

Enjoy it!

To be able to do this, make sure mass storage mode is enabled:

Media card support ON

Encryption mode NONE

Media transfer protocol ON

Mass storage support ON

Auto enable Mass storage support when connected ON

Good to have you here.  And keep coming back. Smiley Very Happy
