hoe to recover my deleted contacts

i downloaded new software to my BB 9360 and i lost all my contacts and the BB contacts as well i don't have any backup to them ,is there any way to recover this date

If you don't have a previous backup or not using BlackBerry Protect then I fear you already lost your Contact.

 

But have you tried to delete the application that cause this issue ? If not then first delete that application from Options > Devive > Application Management > Delete that specific apps , then reboot your device by removing the battery while your device is powered on . after restart see if that helps .
