If you don't have a previous backup or not using BlackBerry Protect then I fear you already lost your Contact.
But have you tried to delete the application that cause this issue ? If not then first delete that application from Options > Devive > Application Management > Delete that specific apps , then reboot your device by removing the battery while your device is powered on . after restart see if that helps .
