hopeless service center borivali,Mumbai

I have submitted my handset in service center.its second time i am submitting my handset. son that i have ask for stand by handset. borivali service center no pickup my phone .....executive nameed Asha told me she call back me but she didnt ......

We can understand your issue but this is a user to user channel, where BlackBerry users support other BalckBerry users. We are not from RIM, we are normal Blackberry user and do provide support on issues which we have already faced and know their solution.


Please visit Service center and get it close face to face.

You probably having some issue with your device and taking assistance from a service center. As unleashurself mentioned you must visit the service center to know the device status.
