Your wireless provider or mobile provider is the company whose SIM card you have inserted into your BlackBerry.
In your case, Virgin?
So then, you need to call Virgin (or whatever company's SIM you're using) and have the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account. Then you will be able to setup your email, etc.
**edit** reading your other, previous posts now, it appears you're using Tesco. Whose SIM card do you have inserted in your BlackBerry, Tesco or Virgin... call them.
