I had a new 8320 from T mobile that i bought on 12-31-08 the bluetooth started to drop out and i took it back to T mobile for a replacement.
The 8320 that they gave me to replace the first 8320 will not allow me to gain access to my blackberry email account.
So is there a way to recover access to that account?
The reason i need that account is that I am a ham radio operator and i have the C.E.R.T. and ARES groups contact me throught that email account.
the account name is:N8PHL@TMO.BLACKBERRY.NET
could someone please contact me about this issue?
thank you in advance for any and all help with this matter.

Log in to your BIS website, and you can update the PIN of the new device you are using and resend the service books to that device,
If you are running on BES, then you can ask your corporate admins to reactivate you.

Here is the link to the tmobile bis site as well as a site procedure.

i tryed to do a password reset but on the tmobile site there is no password reset option fo the email service.
i will call them and see if they can force a reset for the blackberry email account however they have not been very helpful so far with any issues that i have had.
thank you for your thoughts on this issue.

You are missing the point. The PIN listing is what has to be changed to your new device PIN.
Once you associate the PIN of your new device you will be able to access the account.
The password is not the issue. It is in the procedure.
