Re: I followed your instructions and went to computer

Try this:

Disconnect from your PC.

Remove the Media Card and insert it back again in the BlackBerry.

Try it all again, see if the Media Card is recoginized now.

If not, you should find a "reader" for the Media Card, the Media Card adaptor for your PC and look at the Media Card direct, inserted into the adaptor and not your BlackBerry.

Re: I followed your instructions and went to computer

Wait, another suggestion I have...

Are you CERTAIN your pictures are stored on the Media Card? and Not the device memory?

On your BlackBerry, go to Media > Menu > Explore.

Now, check out your Device Memory file folders.,.. are you pictures there, or are on they on your Media Card?

all the pictures I think is on the media card

I went to media, clicked on explore, and got both the media card and device memory.

On the media card I clicked on open, clicked on show hidden folders, and there are pictures on this media card

however when i went to device memory , I couldnt find any pictures, i do recall I had pictures there in the past.  How do I retrieve the pictures from the device memory.  ???

so also,  when I click on camera,  click on options, it says picture folder saved to media card. is this correct?

another thing......

after clicking on "explore", I get Media Card, and Device memory.

Now, when I click on Media Card, I get three items:

BEGPS, Blackberry(which is FADED), and Slacker.   Why is the blackberry FADED? I think this is where I have the problem. BEGPS and Slacker are NOT faded and is in blackbold letters.

The blackberry is in a grey letters (fadede)

im waiting for your repsonse.

Do you have those foldes hidden? If so, unhide them. That would be what I would suspect why you can't see them. Look for the folder properties.

Either you have pictures there or not... do you have them hidden as well? Go that folder and click SHOW HIDDEN.

Yes, that is what I would recommend, store them on the Media Card, and NOT the device memory.

Re: HOORRAYYYY!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

You are very welcome. Would you mark this thread resolved to the post that most assisted you?

For your son's MMS message pictures--did you download those images?

They may not be stored on your device if you did not. Open the messages again and choose download, rather than just preview or view.

Re: Did the Kudos show up as being problem solved?

You just click on the Kudos green button.

For your son's MMS messages, I have no idea where you saved them, you could go back and open the messages again and choose download.

Also, look at your main messages folder > menu > view Folders > MMS INbox.
