Take a look at Krypto's last post in the USB and mass storage issues thread http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/mess
He also suggests a card reader. If you have a bad card that will tell you. BTW, how DID you load pictures onto the card, pc or BB?

The Blackberry is supposed to function like a flash drive when you plug in the USB cord from the computer to the Blackberry.
I spent over 2 hours on the phone talking to three different reps (one from Verizon, and then two from Blackberry) before they concluded that there was something wrong with my Blackberry. I exchanged my Blackberry Curve 8330 and they sent me a different 8330 and it worked just fine.
If you have no media card, buy one since the Curve 8330 has only 64 MB of memory. 8 GB memory cards are cheap now. You can still put a few songs or pictures on the Curve's built-in memory, but it's better to just get a card to put more music on it. Without a memory card, you'll only be able to take 5 or 6 photos before the built-in memory is full.

Actually, it looks like I can't add/remove files to the built-in memory while I have the memory card installed.
I think I was able to choose where to save files when using the Media Manager software which was a P.O.S. because it took at least 2 minutes just to get a list of 5 pictures. Listing 20 pictures or more in Media Manager took forever.

Hi - I don't have the media card and I have the same problem. Need to get those pictures off so I can take more.
If you can email -just look at the picture, hit the menu key and send as email. I hope that works.
