how do i turn on the radio on my bb 9900

device and status iformation  , this is sayin my radio signal is off  went i select the option key  there is nothing there to tell me wat to do i only see  switch application, copy  a full menu ,the modle is rdy71uw .   Please help me am lost withou my phone

Radio connection means your mobile network, Press Menu (BB sign) > Maximize Panel > You will get all icons > Select Manage Connection and check Mobile network. Your Radio Network will be ON.

this did not help, where i should be seeing GSM it showing off ,i have status everything is saying not connected

Oh, it would help if you followed the directions posted above.

 

Manage Connections screen > Mobile Network > click on the box to enable your mobile network.
