When I originally set up my blackberry ID, and password, the incorrect email address was used. Now that I have acquired a playbook, I don’t remember my password, and the reset is being sent to an email address that does not exist. How do I solve this ?
I set up a new ID for the play book, so now have 2 ID’s is this a problem ? do they both need to be the same ?
