Are you currently on an enterprise (BES) account with your employer?

BES accounts include the ability to push up to 10 personal BIS accounts to the device.

no I bought it refurbished and it doesn,t give me any other option except enterprise server, obviously it has been used as a works phone and it asks for an activation password

Do you have a blackberry data plan active on your account rather than a standard carrier data plan?

No, that is normal for a device which has not had the BlackBerry data plan added to the mobile provider account.

You need to call your carrier and have this specific data plan added to your plan.
