Thanks for your question on email settings for the BlackBerry® smartphone.


To clarify - are you referring to BlackBerry® Internet Service email?


If so, you can change the display name from the email account to the desired display name by going to:

  1. Go to Set Up
  2. Select Email accounts
  3. Select Internet Mail Account
  4. On the desired email account, click on it and select Edit.
  5. Scroll down to Your Name
  6. Type in desired display name
  7. Hit the Menu key
  8. Select Save
