Re: how to activate my blackberry curve

Usually your BES administrator will provide you with a password for the activation.  If you have a newer curve just type "enterprise" on the main screen and choose options > Enterprise Activation.  Then enter your BES email and password supplied by the administrator/helpdesk.

Re: how to activate my blackberry curve

Are you trying to setup a personal blackberry or one provided by work?

If it was provided by work then you need to speak to your IT admin.

If you are using a personal blackberry I assume your question is how to activate email? In order to use email on your blackberry you need to have a blackberry data plan on your phone. Once this is active under setup you will find email setup with the choice of activating a personal email address - follow the instructions there.

If you cannot see the personal email setup you are more than likely not on a blackberry data plan so you need to contact your carrier.

NB a blackberry data plan is different from a standard carrier data plan.
