Re: how to free memory space

Hi rajkannan90

Please check this Knowledge Base on how to maximize the free space on our BlackBerry Smartphone :

KB14320 How to maximize battery life and free memory on the BlackBerry smartphone

In addition to the above you can delete some applications that you use rarely, or transfer any media files from your device memory to your Media if you have , delete any additional language pack from your device , delete old emails ,those are some tips which will increase your device memory . Also Check this KB to transfer your media files to a media card :

KB05478  Transfer  files  between  the Media card and device memory on a BlackBerry smartphone.

Please try it and see if that increases your memory space.
