You will need to contact the wireless service provider and ask them to send to you the service book (if you already add the email account to your wireless account), if is not, go to your wireless service website and add it manually, call the wireless service then and ask them to send to you the services book, it will load it on your device by itself
I hope that work for you

Once you register you will need to send the service book.. In order to do it, you can go to you wireless telephone company website and go to email setup, go to service book, and click on send service book and it will load it on you device by itself (those steps depend of the wireless telephone provider you have).. Or you can call to the wireless telephone provider and ask them to transfer to blackberry tech support, they can send you the service book... Once the service book is send you will need to remove the battery to reset the phone and once it power up it will load the emails accounts on your device
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
