Re: how to have an enterprise account??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

The way to activate an Enterprise account is to work for a company that has BES or subscribe to an email provider that provides BES. Then, you get your activation instructions from them.

But, what I suspect is that you instead need to use "normal" email...Gmail, Yahoo, or some other Internet-facing personal email account, but that you only see "Enterprise" offered when you go into the email configuration wizard. What that means is that you are not properly activated, from your mobile service provider, for a level of BIS service that will allow you to configure email to your device. So you need to talk to them about subscribing to an adequate data plan to enable the services you need.

Good luck!
