I simple wipe is not enough to remove any IT policy from our BlackBerry . Currently If you're using your BlackBerry purely for personal use then first do a backup and then follow this Knowledge Base and reset it to factory setting :
KB31291 : How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings using BlackBerry Desktop Software
After a reset when restoring your backup , perform a selective restore , restore only your contacts, calender entries ,memo . don't restore everything otherwise those policy which you just removed will restore back and you have to do it again.
