how to unluck BB protect on my device

Sir/ Madam

Can you help me how to unluck my BB protect on my device. when I open the BB protect application on my device it showing on my screen that my BB protect is LOCK.

Hello,

Please expand further on this situation, as I've never before heard of this happening. Please tell us exactly the steps you conduct (starting from the homescreen, please) and exactly the result of each step. As for the point it's saying "LOCK", please tell us EVERYTHING that is on that screen.

on my menu screen I click the BB protect  then on the screen is showing ( blackberry protect is lock).

That (bold, in red) is exactly and completely what it says on your screen? Again, I've never heard of that, and I suspect it's not exact and complete.

 

Have you assigned your BB ID to this device yet?
