Re: html mail problem

I'm running on my Verizon BB Curve 8330 and the HTML option everyone talks about just isn't there to be selected.  Other on various message boards report the same problem.  What gives?  Do some service providers restrict the viewing of HTML mail on their networks.  I've only had my BB for a few days and I'm rapidly getting disgusted with the so-called e-mail wonder's inability to view formatted mail and also with its ability to sync with only a very limited suite of PC PIMs.  RIM and Verizon owe us some explanations.
