when i just upgrade BB app world version 22.214.171.124.2, i'm asked to upgrade new BB ID. when i click update it says "The software upgrade was interrupted. Please try again" i click retry, but it always shows like that. and when i close, there's a notification "[!] BlackBerry ID installation failed. Please try again later (80002)"
please help me to solve it.

I would suggest re-installing BlackBerry World by going to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and then restart the BlackBerry Torch 9810 smartphone and connect via Wi-Fi and then try to access BlackBerry World.
