i cant update my password

I received a message to update my password but when I try to I am being told that the certificate has expired. I don't even know what that is or what it is for. Please help me. How do I restore this so I can continue to get email on my phone?

Which mail ID you're talking about? Are on BIS or BES? If on BES expiration of certification issue could be handled by your BES admin.

What email do you use?

Can you tell what exact program is asking for this?

Somehow the problem resolved itself this morning and I was able to update my password. But I really do appreciate the attempts to help me out. Thank you so much.
