I would suggest reinstalling the applications that are affected and reboot the BlackBerry® smartphone. Also make sure the firewall is disabled under Options>Security>Firewall.

I have tried installing it so many times but is still not working and for the firewall it cant be disabled i have tried so many times to disable it but is not working

Like every time you call disconnects you have a problem with the cable. I have a worse problem. I have uploaded the software and I can not approve a license. touch screen works normally. moves the text, highlight the OK button when touched, but the license will not be approved. I have a blackberry 9520
