blackberry 9800 on the uk network O2
Background info (how i lost it)
I opened the screent o turn off my wifi which i did,
then the screen froze i tried pressing the buttons but got no response that would close the connections screen
evenually i tried rotating the devicefrom portrait to landscape, which cleared the frozen screen.
(i sometimes get a frozen screen when ending calls and the above is the only way i know to fix it)
While pressing the buttons to try and remove my frozen screen, I think i must have removed the normal shortcut to launch the (default balckberry) internet browser.
It in not in the full list of system tray contents
So now when the only way i can get onto the internet is to find an email which has a web link in it, then open that link which lauches the browser.
So how do I get the internet browser icon back into the system tray?

Three things to try:-
1. Open the All try and press the Menu button and check "show all" - it may be that the icon has become hidden.
2. Do a battery pull - while the phone is on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds and reinsert it
3. Log onto your carriers BIS website and resend the service books (found under help)
