i have problem accessing my email please help


i have complex problem 

firist i had blackberry 9300 and i made an account on our servise provider korek.blackberry.com and then one time i forgot password and my accound locked i tryied multilble times and its same thing every time i am trying to open my account say's locked contact service provider and i did and they are new to blackberry world they didnt have any clue what am talking about and i cant make new account it say this device exicting  on our network simply!! when i go to option>mail > i can't open email it force me to input a user and a password and when i write a blackberry id it says inviled user name a user name at least be 4 charistichs so help am out of my mind

Have your service provider escalate your case to RIM. They should be able to help your carrier resolve the issue.

Carrier can unblock the account from the BIS admin site. As John suggested contact your mobile operator.
