i need help pls

My blackberry application world and blackberry messenger is not working and I deleted and downloaded application world,it still dosent can't download anything,to make it worse,it dosent click at all let alone highlight features of the application world and also I cant click on my contact, if I tried to do that my phone go hanged and I have to remove my battery to restart ..I'm so worried about this...pls any advice

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with BlackBerry World and BBM.

 

What software version does your device have installed? 

 

Do you get an error when you click on Blackberry World? If so, what's that error? 

 

As for BBM, to clarify you are unable to click on a contact to initiate a chat? What's your BBM version? 

 

Are you using Wi-Fi or your BlackBerry data plan to access BBM and BlackBerry World?

 

Can you send me a private message with yor PIN for investigation?

Thanks for your response and I'm glad to hear from you..pls help me wit my blackberry problem..

I haven't installed any software yet cos am not in a place I can get software.

I don't get any error when I click on application world or bbm, it refused to click(app world and bbm) and I can't access my app world and bbm..

I only get error when I click my phone Book contact
"Uncaught exception: Applicaion net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(136) is not responding: process terminated..

As for bbm, it dosent click and applicaion world dosent click too so I can't use it..

I'm using BlackBerry data plan to access my bbm and application world...

My blackberry version is 9930
Smartphone (3G, CDMA, Wi-Fi)
7.1 Bundle 457 (v7.1.0.163, platform 5.1.0.137)
pin:3311DE44

I will be waiting to hear back from you.

Hi junola09,

 

The error you are seeing with your Address Book indicates an issue with the software and it's advised you reinstall the software to correct this.

 

Backup your data using Desktop Software then follow KB11320 to reinstall the OS (or KB19915 if you use Mac).

 

Before you restore any data after the software reload completes, access your Address Book to ensure the error no longer appears and see if you're able to access BBM and App World.

 

Please note if you're using BBM 7 you need to use the same BlackBerry ID to restore your contacts. Ensure you are able to access your BBID at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid 

 

Let me know how the load goes.

After you did the software reload, did you restore your entire backup file? Or did you do a partial restore?

 

If you did a full restore it's possible the issue was stored to the backup file and returned when restored.

 

Backup again and redo the load. Do a selective restore of the essentials like Contacts, Calendar, BBM (see KB10339 How to use BlackBerry Desktop Software to restore data to a BlackBerry smartphone from a backup file

Let me know what happens after the partial restore.
