Sorry to hear you're having an issue with BlackBerry World and BBM.
What software version does your device have installed?
Do you get an error when you click on Blackberry World? If so, what's that error?
As for BBM, to clarify you are unable to click on a contact to initiate a chat? What's your BBM version?
Are you using Wi-Fi or your BlackBerry data plan to access BBM and BlackBerry World?

The error you are seeing with your Address Book indicates an issue with the software and it's advised you reinstall the software to correct this.
Before you restore any data after the software reload completes, access your Address Book to ensure the error no longer appears and see if you're able to access BBM and App World.
Please note if you're using BBM 7 you need to use the same BlackBerry ID to restore your contacts. Ensure you are able to access your BBID at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid

After you did the software reload, did you restore your entire backup file? Or did you do a partial restore?
If you did a full restore it's possible the issue was stored to the backup file and returned when restored.
Backup again and redo the load. Do a selective restore of the essentials like Contacts, Calendar, BBM (see KB10339 How to use BlackBerry Desktop Software to restore data to a BlackBerry smartphone from a backup file
Let me know what happens after the partial restore.
