iCal not syncing to Bold 9700

I purchased my Bold 9700 two days ago.  It was working great, then today I updated my iCal calendars and when I sync'd, all of my calendar events were deleted from my phone.  I can't seem to find a setting to help this and now an error message keeps popping up when I try to sync.  What can I do?

Hi, I have a similar problem. Before everything was working perfect. Now ical is not showing the appointments but the blackberry is. I have restarted both imac and blackberry. there is no error message.

THERE IS A FIX!!  I had this problem and it was driving me crazy!

 

It's an old fix for the same problem from a previous upgrade, but it worked like a charm!  On your Mac...

 

  1. Navigate to <User>/Library/Application Support/
  2. Delete the BlackBerryDesktop folder.
  3. Empty the Trash Bin.
  4. Restart BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

when you restart your desktop manager and go to sync your information make sure you MERGE data since your ical has been cleared out!  OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE EVEYTHING FROM YOUR BB!

 

This will only restore your ical entries onto your Mac if they are still on yoru BB of course
