I'm using Desktop software on my mac for months but since several weeks, my calendar is not sync "on the two way" (from and to my BB): I only have a sync from my Mac to my BB.
I tried to reboot my BB but nothing changes. Is there a way to re-initialize the iCal sync ?

What version of BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac are you currently using?
Also have you tried synchronizing to a brand new calendar in Ical to test the sync?
Also try forgetting the device, Device>Forget Device. Then re-setup the synchronization and then attempt the sync.
