Can't connect to icloud mail server since yesterday morning via Smartone service in Hong Kong.
Overnight received message for Blackberry Service "This account is not currently accessible by your BlackBerry device..."
Deleted account and cannot re add. "error occurred during account validation".
Also tried to add a gmail account. Kept getting messages from Google reporting suspicious login attempt by Blackberry.com. In Google account sercurity settings reported it really was me and eventually was able to create gmail account on BB.
Tried sending service books.
Took battery out several times.
Can't add new icloud account via Smartone website either.
Was working for serveral months up until yesterday.
Any help much appreciated.

I'm using my BB9900 in Japan and having the same problem.
BB9900 has been stopping getting any e-mails by icloud (mac.com) while G-mail is working pretty well on BB9900...
Of course there is no problem with iPad with icould emails, so this must be something with BIS and icloud...
Hope this problem will be solved soon.

An option would be to delete the icloud account and then reinstall, I don't use icloud very often on my BB9900 but just checked it again and it seems to work fine. If I remember though you will have to 'google' the icloud settings if you install manually. Just a thought!
