iheartradio problem

Just upgraded to BB Desktop 5.0. from 4.3 and my iHeart app worked great. Now when I open iheartradio app to listen it shows buffering in right hand corner, then I click play (small button in center of page)  and it shows activity but then then it quickly goes back to stop. Is there any type of specific settings I need to adjust. It worked great and very simply when I was using older version of BB Desktop Mgr. Please help.........

Hello Evan0209,


The version of Desktop Manager shouldn't affect applications on the BlackBerry smartphone.


If you are still having this issue, I would suggest deleting the iHeart application and re-install it from the App World.


If you are still having technical issues after trying this, I would recommend emailing the vendor for support (see KB17746 at http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB17746 for help)
