info about warranty

 

Hi.

 

I bought a bold 9790 a couple of weeks ago and it's not working properly. I think is something about speakers, because most of the time it does not play any sound. So I am missing phone calls or I just can't play music. 

I went to the retail store were I bought it and they told me to contact Blackberry for warranty. I've been looking at the Blackberry website for a link for warranties, but I didn't find anything. Can you help me with this? where should I go online or should I call for warranties?

Is a little store called TechXperts located at 3036 NW 72nd Ave. Miami, FL 33122. Metropcs is my mobile company for my curve 8530. The bold 9790 I was testing it with an att sim, I bought it as a gift to my brother.

Your warranty is supplied by RIM, and worked through authorized retailer dealers. Sounds to me like TechXperts is not an authorized dealer, or they would handle to warranty services for you. I'd return it and get your money back.

 

Are you sure you don't have the profile set to silent?
