installing apps on BlackBerry Storm 9530

I have an unlocked BlackBerry Storm 9530 that I am using on the T-Mobile network. I have selcted and recieved some apps to my email through BlackBerry World Store. I double click the link like instructed, but I am re-directed back to the website. What step am I missing? I do not have internet on this phone and using computer to USB for all downloading. Can someone provide with the specific steps to get the apps I selected loaded to my BB Storm?

BlackBerry App World requires a data plan which includes BlackBerry Internet Browsing. www.blackberry.com/appworld

If you are installing applications already downloaded and saved to your computer, you can use the application loader in the Desktop Manager to install them on your device. http://bbry.lv/cop8xI
