internal and external memory is not accessible on my bold 9790... what should i do

Please expand on your symptom description.

Technically, there is not such thing as "internal and external memory" on a BB...there is AppMemory, Device Memory, and Media Card Memory. Which are you having troubles with please?

Also, perhaps you could expand on "is not accessible"...what, exactly, do you try? What, exactly, happens? What is the exact and complete content of any error messages that are presented?
