internet not working

I bought a Blackberry Curve 9300 3G and im having problems with the internet connection. I activated a full plan but the only application that works is the browser. When I try to connect to facebook, or yahoo or hotmail the message I receive is: "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. Please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan."
The bbm application cannot be set up. It says: "connot set up bbm. A temporary BBM server error has ocurred. I would like to fix this. Please help

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

Can you contact or Call your Carrier and ask them specifically to add  BlackBerry Data Plan in your account, Normal data plan will allow you to use those BlackBerry application over your mobile network.

 

 

So please contact them again.
