internet service not working on my blackberry curve 8250 model

I cannot get the internet on my mobile, I had a previous blackberry same model which became faulty so got a new handset but stayed with vodafone and just switched the sim over but unlike on the old handset where I could get on the web with vodafone live I have never been able to with this one. I keep getting a message to contact my service provider but don't know whether it's  vodafone or blackberry could you tell me which it is and how I get the internet on my mobile please.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You need to contact Vodafone, even if the problem is rooted at BlackBerry. You pay Vodafone for 100% of your services and 100% of your formal service-related support, even if the issue resides at BlackBerry Vodafone is still your first place to contact for formal support.

So, ring them up and ask them about this...it is highly likely that they simply haven't finished shifting your services from your old BB to the replacement. Or perhaps the SIM is not compatible with the replacement BB. Or perhaps something else...but, in any event, it's Vodafone you need to ring up.
