issue with my Curve 9320

[ Edited ]

Hello team.

My name is Desmond. I’m an African, a Nigerian to be specific.

I bought a blackberry curve 9320 from an online shop in Nigeria on 24th july, 2012. This phone has been working perfectly until some weeks back when it couldn’t connect to the blackeberry network. In other words, it doesn’t show the blackberry logo anymore.

I was told it's been blocked by Blackberry. But I don’t know why. Below is detail of the phone:

I’d appreciate it if you can help me deal this issue because I don’t want to lose my phone.

If you need an additional information about the phone, please send me a mail.

Thanks a lot.

Re: issue with my Curve 9320

Are you in Nigeria or Mexico?

Who is your mobile provider and do you have the BIS Blackberry Data Plan on your mobile account?
