jvm 104 error 9630 tour

Have a 9630 tour that is getting this error, it was infrequent but happening quite often now.

I understand this to be a java error.

Any ideas on this fix for this?

While not exact, here is a KB that discusses a similar error:

  • KB32737 "App Error 104" is displayed on a BlackBerry smartphone

I have tried a hard reset and it works for a while.  What I have since done is reinstall the operating system and am waiting to see if the error returns.
This actually started a while back with the first symptom being the inability to access the password keeper even with the proper password.
