Re: jvm error

I've not seen that "JVM error 17" error before, and I don't see it listed in the Knowledge Base here.

Re: jvm error

If, like on my Torch 9860,  you have a small screen-message, "JVM Error 517    Reset", you may be in trouble.

  See:

I have been asked to start a new thread on this subject, and have done so.  See:

   General Support >Smartphones>BlackBerry Torch>  "JVM Error 517   Reset"  - My Torch won't boot-up or re-charge "

One piece of advice has already appeared there, and it may be worth your while to check that thread over the next few days if case others make helpful suggestions.
