Hi and welcome to the forums!

What model do you have, and what OS are you using?

You can find the OS in OPTIONS- ABOUT looks like 4.x.x.xxx

Hi,

Are you looking in CALENDAR - OPTIONS - GENERAL CALENDAR for the Keep appointment options?

Thanks

Re: keeping appointments

Hi,

Cannot find anything in the database.

I would go to OPTIONS- ADVANCED OPTIONS - HRT TABLES menu key Register now.

You will get an email when it is done.

Then pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute,

Let the device reboot 1-3 min,

See if the options are there. Let us know! Thanks
