Is it your physical keyboard that has stopped working or your virtual one?
Your point of sale would be your first point of contact or you can contact your mobile network provider.
It is possible this issue could be fixed by doing a software reload (if it is a software issue).
You can try by backing up your data and following the steps in KB11320 to do the software reload.
