keypad lock does not work

I dropped my Bold 9780 this morning and now my locking key does not work and I cannot unlock my phone. From the scratch on the case it appears the phone landed on the corner where the unlock key is located. The mute on the other side appears to be fine. Is there a way to fix this? Many thanks

Hello,

From what you describe, something inside was damaged...but at an internet-distance, it's rather a challenge to properly diagnose. Consequently, I recommend you find a local (to you) shop with a qualified BB hardware technician who can give you a proper diagnosis and estimate.
