At an internet distance, diagnostics are pretty much impossible for hardware issues. Pretty much anything can be replaced...whether or not it's economically acceptable to you is a different matter, which can only be resolved by you finding a local (to you) shop with a qualified BB hardware technician who can give you a proper evaluation and estimate. If you remain under warranty, you instead would want to seek out support under those terms.
