Hi, I can't download anything because every time I try I get a message of ERROR

What are you trying to download and from where ? Are you trying it over wi-fi or your cellular network.

I am trying to use BlackBerry Apps World, but when I enter my password and my email address then I press entre, I get a message that say " an error has occurred, please try again later"

                    There may be many possibilities for this error ,From your PC are able to log in to app world using the same BlackBerry ID ? There is an Knowledge base also regarding this error ,I would like you to go through it :

 

KB25882 : "An error has occured .Please try again later" is displayed when the user attempt to login to BlackBerry App World.

 


Please go through it and let us know.
