Re: lost ability to connect to cars Bluetooth

Hello knoxie73 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Bluetooth.

Delete the saved pairing from your device and the saved pairing from your vehicle.

Re-pair your device to your vehicle and trust the connection. Are you now able to connect?

Re: lost ability to connect to cars Bluetooth

Due to this issue's complexity, please ask your mobile provider to open a case with BlackBerry on your behalf so we can better assist.

Thanks!

Re: lost ability to connect to cars Bluetooth

Further investigation is needed by BlackBerry Technical support.

Talk to your carrier's technical support team as they can open this ticket.

Thanks!
