Did you install BlackBerry Protect on your device? If so you can track it using Bing maps. Just sign in online and check the location...

Hopefully you put a password on it so all your info is secured and will be wiped.

Do call your carrier to deactivate the device. Using your PIN, RIM aka BlackBerry can deactivate the device on it's network operation center. Once done the person with your device can only make calls/texts and will not be able to use any BIS/BES services.
