lost my app world

My app world has vanished from my icons and applications. My phone will not let me download a new one!!

What error do you get?

Do you have BBM Music installed? Ever since I downloaded BBM Music with latest App World there seems to be a conflict. If you connect your phone to you computer, load up the BlackBerry desktop software, when the software is loaded and connected to your smartphone, on left-handside click applications, when all the applications are loaded scroll down until you see App World, click on the X to un-install then click apply, the phone will reboot, when this is completed the applications list will refresh, then once again scroll down to App World this time click on the + then click apply, this will install an older version of App World but the icon will re-appear and you will be able to reuse App World, when prompted to update App World, do this with caution as the same error may reoccur which it has with me, if this is the case just repeat the previous steps but this time don't update App World when prompted.
