I don't know what type device/model you have.
Do you have a media card inserted in the device?

Thanks for your quick reply.
I've a 9900 no problem with SD (it's the same I used on my 9800).
The problem is only about the name and the icon of the 6gb mass storage: when I connect the 9900 to the pc it show the correct name for the SD but the name "balckberr1" and not the BB icon for the internal memory. Before the wipe it was different. So I think that probably some file that contai this kind of information was deleted. I'm asking if is possible to restore it.
