1)  Try right-clicking the Blackberry in Device Manager and going to properties.

2) Then click the "Driver" Tab and click "Update Driver".

3) From the two options, select Browse My Computer.

4) Then select "Let Me Pick From A list of Drivers on my Computer. Untick the "Show Compatible  hardware box.
