media won't play on Bold 9650

I woke up this morning and tried to watch a youtube video. My phone froze, I turned it off then back on and now no videos on youtube or my phone will play and music won't either, it just displays an error occured while trying to play media or something like that.

Have you tried reinserting your battery and testing again? If so, try backing up your device via the BlackBerry Desktop Software and performing a clean reload of your device software. http://bbry.lv/bpv7DT Make sure to test playing media before restoring any data from your backup file.


If this does not resolve the issue, you may want to contact your wireless provider for other options.
