mediaplayer and some 3rd party application problems.

hello, let me get straight into it...

i got the 8310 with the latest 4.5 OS and a BIS unlimited data plan, i am able to email, browse and use the IM's that all come with the phone.

now when i try to stream audio from moodio or video from youtube the player does not load or try to buffer... i think its because its not picking up the BIS ? because if i try to put in a APN in TCP settings it starts to try and buffer... but if i use a APN my carrier is going to charge me extra... the other 3rd party applications works once i put in the TCP APN,, but without the APN i get a " tunnel timed out " error.

my carrier charges USD$1.71 per 1MB to use that APN which is ridiculous and my carrier does not have a APN i can use that does not charge me extra.. is there any suggestions?

wouldn't the blackberry media player work on BIS for streaming since its a stock program? i know most 3rd party might not support BIS...

if there is a fix i am missing please let me know
