memory low

I get the error message of memory low everyday from the application resource monitor almost everyday and that it needs a restart.any solution??

Perform hard reset by pulling your battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again. If still persists, delete some applications that is not useable.

the thing is you probably use to many application that use push notification so wen they try to connect on the dignated time time from default or the one you set is wen you see this error this apps are the likes of whatsapp, maybe many emails, twitter. fb and the likes so try to minimise those ones you dont use. the other thing is you cant see they are always in the background
